The foot and leg clinic has been excellent both Sarah and Christine have been extremely helpful and professional in treating my mother's leg ulcers. Sarah in particular has been very helpful in arranging appointments I could make with my mother and also booking them in at the end of the appointment thus avoiding queueing at reception.

It is relatively easy to get an appointment but the delays are generally too long. The delays do not appear to be getting any longer so this implies there are sufficient appointments available on a daily basis. It mat be worth boosting the number of appointments for a month or so to remove the backlog.

The service was excellent but the only fault was that there was no toilet paper or towels which I reported to the reception.

The GPs and the reception staff and nurses are all presentable professional staff. However, you can wait three weeks for and appointment to see your own GP and often when visiting the surgery it is almost empty. My previous surgery in Reading was extremely busy always full but you could still see your own doctor within a couple of days unless they were on leave. The survey also had late evenings and saturday morning appointments for patients who find it difficult to take time out of work.

I had a Diabetic Review with Nurse Anne, she was very helpful. friendly, and made you feel at ease, one of the best nurses I have ever met.
